Lighthouse

I did not receive the forge points or the medals I should have collected when my Lighthouse upgraded this morning to the next level.

Hi BevM,

If this was your own Lighthouse that upgraded you would not receive forge points/medals/blueprints. You only receive such rewards when you help with the Great Buildings of other players.

But, as Test Ament mentioned, if that is not the case please contact support with a ticket, as we cannot provide information about your own account here on the forum. Thanks!
