interesting idea, suggest you relook at which GB's are really useful because if your advancing quickly to Fe/AA then some GB's are rubbish and beaten by standard buildings, thus better to stop investing in them now and use the FP and space better. Babel comes to mind, but you already have about 6 more GB then me and I am AA with about 24k fights and every expansion possible.
great thread on which GB's are useful, i do not agree with all of it but its good to make you think about which ones to build, does not cover the last few but still very good.
