Labeling confusion

Am I the only one getting confused with the labeling?
There used to be a lvl 1 and then upgrades and selection kit.
Now I can't figure out why Stage of Ages "i" says upgrade kit, "... upgrades your existing to Celestial ... " but when I build it, it's just a level 1 building.
I hope the picture shows it well.
The other I just discovered is the just received " Earth's Guardians Selection kit " which is a selection kit as it has two building in it, but the popup says " Upgrades to: ....." So I figured I don't have those building to so nothing to upgrade ..... then I just in case .... build ..... and it's shows a building I can build and nothing about upgrade. Just two examples, I have a feeling there are more.

That popup is saying it can be upgraded to that next level - which is a time sensitive upgrade, as it comes back down to level 1 after about 10 days or so (whatever the degradation time is). As far as Stage of Ages, not sure what you are asking about, as all you have is the level 1. If you build the upgrade, you will see it is completely visually different (and significantly improved stats). Also, as far as Stage of Ages goes - looks like you clicked on the "Info" button, instead of the "Use" button.

So the Info button tells you what the building can be upgraded to. I fail to see the problem here.

The title says it's an upgrade kit. It's not.
It says "Upgrades your SoA ... " it does not.
All these refers to the item in my inventory which does none of this..

This is what an upgrade item does! Either gives you an upgrade option or tells you you don't have anything to upgrade.

Yes it's a selection kit. But inside there is a Eden building that seems to have several levels or variations ?! According to the next picture.
Where is the information on what is that about ?!

Same thing with Golden Bell Upgrade. This time I have the level 1 and the level 2 and the upgrade from level 1 to 2 and from 2 to Ascended.
The actual upgrade item that upgrades and says it's an upgrade and then there is one that is titled upgrade and info in there is upgrade but the item is actually a lvl2 building.
So done right and done wrong.
