you must have a quest where you need to pickup incidents lol most of the time when that happens the incidents magicaly all disapear while you get that quest i guess INNO wants us to do the other option of the quest lol

lol talk to anyone on forum they'll tell you same thing when that quest pops up in game you can be sure you won't have incidents in your city unless you knew you had that quest coming and did not collect your incidents when you loged in i guarentee that if you collected your incidents befor quest you'll have fun finding 1 till quest is over so your beter to do the other option of quest

I think if we don't find an event or quest incident (especially if it's hidden) then after a certain time a giant, glowing, pointy arrow thing should appear over it saying "It's here, you fool!"
