I just bought x5 Watchfire from the Summer Event and I pressed "Use". Instead of building though, the pop-up window was about deleting it. I wasn't paying much attention there, as I normally press them quite fast knowing where the buttons are. But I'm 100% sure I pressed "Use" and instead of asking me if I wanted to build it, it asked me if I want to delete it.
