New Bug: It deleted all of my progress

I left my game for around a month. I had completed the Bronze Age and was around the 2nd bar of the Iron Age. Then, I came back today and in the same login on the same world, Jaims, and it had reset my progress all the way back to the tutorial, why?

I am an apple player and I play on the app

Assuming you're on the correct server and had the same username, then yes. It deletes after a month of inactivity if you meet certain criteria for it. If you want more details put in a support ticket so you know what to do to prevent the deletion if you ever need to be away for a month again
