A matter of opinion perhaps but, with 160 smiles, Plus 150 people, 860 coin in 8 hrs and on a 3x3.
Up to what age would this building still be good value? I don't need the smiles either.
I'm EMA and thinking that I might be better feeding the babel more FP's and saving the land.
I could sell it as an antique.

The building stats depends on the age the building is in. But you’re probably not going to keep it for long
