Duplicate: inn not giving me happiness

I am in LMA on Mount Killmore. last nights quest asked for an increase of 250 happiness, I built an inn and got nothing, this morning I added a piece of road and the happiness bar in the quest increased. the inn is not giving happiness that the quest is recognising?

Some, maybe all, quests does not reckognize an increased happiness, if the building was erected while being off-line.
Contact support... they can sort it out for you.

Please contact support with this issue, if you have gained enough happiness without the quest recognizing it we can accomplish the quest for you.
