New Bug: Incorrect number of bonus gems in Antique Dealer

Second Lieutenant
Two cities with the same castle level, so both have the same bonus amount of extra gems (15%). First city:
AD1.png
Expected gems: 16-28 + 4 bonus.

Second city:
AD2.png
Expected gems: 15-25 + 5 bonus.

Why does the second city get more bonus gems, when they both have the same bonus percentage? The first city gets less Coins, but that should have no effect on the Gems. Both cities are using the 24-hours option, so no difference there.
