do incidents apear on aqua highway ? am asking cause i have not gotten 1 incident on 2 by 2 road since i replaced it by a aqua highway
do i need to place a new 2 by 2 road wich is not aqua highway to get 2 by 2 road incidents ? or is this a bug ?

instead of getting rid of 2 lane road incidents they should have gotten rid of 1 lane road incidents
