Inactive guild founder

How long must a guild founder be inactive before we can get a new founder appointed and how can we go about getting an extra founder?

Guild founder's rights will be reassigned when all founders are deleted or inactive for 30 days. Founder rights will be automatically given to the player with highest rights in the guild. If there is more than one player on the same rights level, the founder's rank will be given to the longest existing player.

And further to the above, if the person who is automatically give the rights doesn't want to take on the job they can pass leadership on to another member who is happy to be in charge.

We are a guild of 4, we were all made founders but one has become inactive. How would we remove him please?

Like I said, it is possible they logged in during that 30 day period. That's all it takes. They do not need to collect there buildings for instance. You need to contact Support to get an answer. Make sure you do so on the US server. You are not playing on EN!!
