Illegal Apps ??

I have a Guild member, who has (in his Guild member profile) - NO GB's listed in his profile. Is this a result of falling foul with FoE, perhaps, as a result of using an illegal App for personal reward. At "Future Age", all his GB's are maxed out at 10/10, 11/11 and 12/12 ?

if there is no GB where players can donate then the GB icon isn't shown

After level 10 the GB owner must unlock new levels with a set of bps, before other players can contribute to it. If all GBs are locked the GB icon isn't shown, as Test says.
