Overview of the bug - After losing Military units in a battle, the half moon icon shows above the relevant building, on clicking on the building to recruit new units, the half moon icon remains even while building is in progress.

How often this happens - every time i build new units, it doesnt matter which type of unit it is, it is always the same.

I have performed a quicksearch of the forums using a select few keywords relating to my bug to see if it has already been reported: No.
