idea for settings- ability to turn off/on the Message Center

Ability to turn off the Message Center so we are not annoyed from the constant, stressing and Alarming blinking
...most of us we are members of guilds, we like to communicate when we need
and use the threads but.... : the message sign doesn't stop blinking!
i find that quiet annoying and stressful...

I heard that you can take something called Prozac for that. I read it on the internet so it must be true.

Get some duct tape and put it over the message sign.
