I play on PC and want to be able to play my game on mobile as well

hello forgers,

I'm traveling in a couple of weeks and want to be able to play my game on my mobile (android). I downloaded the app logged out of pc account and tried using my login details only to be told email already in use.. I then went in through google play (same email) on the app which got me into the game but as a totally new player.. I then went to pc and logged in through google and got into my game no issues..

if anyone can help me out it would be much appreciated :)
