How to identify a zero attrition sector in GBG?

Would like to know about finding the zero attrition sectors in GBG. Is it only guild leader/admin does or common to all. Having no idea about it. Can someone help me understand in detail.

A siege camp (SC) gives 24% chance to not increase attrition in the adjacent provinces.
4 SC = 4x24 = 96% chance to not increase attrition
5 SC = 5x24 = 120% chance to not increase attrition
To find the provinces with free attrition you have to look in the adjacent provinces your guild owns to see how many SC have been built.
Only guild members with GBG rights (Battleground Officers) can build SC.

Thanks for the helpful explanation.

Total of 5SCs in different adjacent sectors from our guild makes the normal sector as zero attrition sector for capturing (since it is more than 100%).

Understood!!
