If the game was getting better, I would fight to put you down and win but as the way it's going now, you are welcome to it.
You are not entirely to blame as some people in Inno are the same and the best devs have probably already left together with decent moderators.
Inno's support still has some good people. When the producer calls the next big feature a true GvG replacement and then talks about a city and rare blueprints you know it's going to be nothing like. Nearly three months with no updates speak for itself, did they find something else to add the defense code to? My inventory is now filling up with more historical allies fast! Another weak feature that will keep the power creep at a pace to make even more useless buildings. AD is now a monument to the past. surround it with flowers RIP.
My advice to you is to find a more legitimate pastime but if you enjoy what you do why not continue, you don't have to care about me I can look after myself.

Ascended Kit does not come with base buildings,

Yes all are ascended upgrade kits, with a huge amount historical allies fragments filling up my inventory fast!

There are more than enough ways to get base buildings or upgrades for ascended buildings.

They get another chance with the event the next year and with that year's Epic Kits.

Which again shows this game is not for you. Any player knowing what he is doing will have no allies fragments at all. They will have allies.

Open the fragments section of you inventory I have 8 allies in fragments but only one building which is already full.

If you have an excess of ascended upgrade kits or historical allies with no buildings to place them it should.
If you don't perhaps you need to play the game more.

That's not good enough Droppy, if you want to stay ahead, you really must be playing beta daily.

The minimum historical allies or fragments you should have are Alexander the Great, Sparten Soldier, Arminius & Boudicia, On beta also have Fu Hao, & Qin Shi Huang.
I can store these in the Roman Historical Allies building next to the AD but have insufficient or no buildings to place them.
