Devs read on the beta. You can not expect them to read the forums of all countries as well.

He didn't have anything to do wrong ... he simply didn't play during that summer event that lasted from June 28, 2017 - July 19, 2017 ...
He only started playing in August ...

And for devs, i am sure inno has enough of employees the once in a while chek what people are talking to ... they really don't do that hard job ...

Yeah right. That's why all forums are moderated by volunteers.

They hardly take notice of player comments on the beta forum.
