How is Hall of Fame Power added

If a guild has say 20 HOFs. Say 10 for Iron Age and 10 for High Middle Age.
Would the Guild get -
60 (10x6) power added to GvG action in the Iron Age
+ 220 (22x10) power added to action in HMA
and no added power in any other age,
Or is the total power = 280 added to any age the guild fought in,
Would they get zero power added if fighting in Early Middle Age or 280?

You collect on your halls of fame....that's how. It has nothing to do with any other method of gaining guild power, it adds what it adds when it's collected.

@Augustavian is essentially correct - it is the amount collected in each player's city which is then stored and added to the guild's power at reset... so to use your example if all 20 Hof's are collected before reset the guild will recieve their GvG power, their GE power and their HoF collected power at reset. Bazaars work in the same way.

The age of each HoF determines the amount of guild power for each HoF; not the player's age, nor the guild's GvG action etc.

HoF's need to be levelled up to the current era of the player using either One Up kits or Renovation Kits

Thanks Dane ... I understood how the power was collected but I wasn't sure how the HOF power was then distributed to the different ages on the GvG map.

the HoF power is not distributed to the map. it is added daily to the guild power. Each level of guild power gives an amount of prestige, GvG defence and other bonuses.
The defence bonus is one of the elements in the calculation of your sector defence.
There is a better explanation in the threads somewhere but basically
Use your HoF to gain guild power and level the guild up. Each level then gives certain defence. That defence is added to your gvg defence from Deal, Basil etc and is put into a formula to work out the amount of defence available to the guild. That amount is then applied to each map so if your defence is 100 points each map gets 100 points of defence BUT each map has a different scaling factor so 100 points of defence goes a lot further and applies to more sectors in EMA than it would in Post Modern etc.

At reset your sector defence is recalculated and applied to relevant sectors so if you level up a Deal you get a little more defence, if you level up the guild you get a bit more, if you lose a sector or two it is reapplied etc

HoF power is not distributed to prestige. A guild collects daily power from GvG sectors currently owned, and HoFs collected. Prestige mostly comes from the GvG sectors owned, and the level of the guild. Therefore, the HoFs do not directly contribute to a guild's ranking.
