Honour fragments

After Guild war is finish it says I am to recieve 13 fragments for the honour statue, but I never get them. I was the only player in my guild that played... I am trying to get this statue and I am fustrated that fragements are not awarded to me when the guild wars are finish?

It’s called “Fragment of Statue of Honor Selection Kit” (type Hon to search). Suggest you contact support if you don’t have them.
