New Bug: Holo Holiday Park

Today I placed the Holo Holiday Park and it is flashing a grey box. Pictures attached. Have shut down FOE, cleared browser, restarted browser, restarted laptop, Working with Windows 11.

I have same issue. It was fine before update to version 1.278.19 which I received Wednesday 13th March. Hade to turn off animations as it seems to slow down the game
