The chance to get specific reward is not calculated by any timestamp. First time when dice is rolled is when you finish the battle, to determine if you win anything or not, and then dice is rolled again based on percentage to see which reward you will get.

Mine pumped out 400 fps last night. Doesn't happen often but gotta love it when it does!

And if you are keeping HC records over a 3 month period you need to get out more.
