No it isn't. It only shows his focus is on fighting.
All you need to do to get that question answered is go to the global ranking on your world and open the Great Buildings tab. It can differ on some worlds, but on most you will find Arc, Arc, Arc, Arc, Arc, with the occasional CF or Alcatraz in between.

For what it may be worth, taking the average of the top 10 players (by points) in M world and another 10 in D world, the mean Arc level across these 20 top players is 157. These are all SAT players. A bit more than a Year ago now and a lot has changed. My mighty level 110 RFP had the delete button pushed and for the moment my highest leveled up GB is my Colosseum 172.
But this highest level Great Buildings will become irrelevant on my side with my gameplay. Once I've added the 8 remaining levels to 100 (all 3 92 atm) on my SAT GB's I'll simply forge point lock on my Colosseum, Lotus Temple and Space Needle. And at 23k fp's a day (will go up months after months) those buildings are going to get more levels fast while their only use is to lock points up for my global players ranking.

Highest level GB on the EN server is a level 248 CF on Houndsmore
Nidwin is 3rd highest with his level 221 Colosseum.
On US the highest level GB is a level 265 CF
On France a level 270 AO
On the German server there is a level 284 Observatory
Everything you can just look up
A level 118 Zeus is peanuts. Does not even make the top 100.

that only tells him lvls for his world ( en ) has 17 worlds i think , it might be different on other worlds my highest is Traz at lvl 100
