help please - my game screen has shrunk

help please, i logged into my game yesterday and everything such as the task bars and forge point bar, except the village itself has shrunk i can barely see it all to click on the icons and when i try to zoom in it, it makes them bigger but they vanish of screen. i tried logging in and out yesterday and then just left it but now its still doing it. any suggestions?

Is this on browser? Did you change your screen resolution?

no i haven't, the actual village itself is still the same size as before but its everything else that has shrunk to a size i can barely see. i tried to change the screen resolution incase that was the problem but it didn't help it

Inno has made some changes. You need to adjust the zoom level of your browser. Try 140%.

no that didn't work it zooms in but as it does it also zooms in on all the bars/icons making them vanish, this is the image you can see what i mean, my village is the normal size i have it but other parts have shrunk. i don't know how to contact forge of empires

that happened to me once am prity sure i fixed problem by playing with PC zoom settings

You are lucky, I'm on app ( on a tablet ) and my icons are too big, covering parts of city and the ancillary buildings, wish I could shrink mine

have you tryed clearing cache ? eather by using 3 lines top right corner or by holding down ctrl and hit F5 if your on firefox ,
holding down ctrl and hit F5 if your on firefox forces firefox to clear cache

Lol that's just the browser zoomed way out, if you hold down CTRL and roll your scroll wheel on the mouse, you can do the same thing, and roll it back to 100% default.

If you don't have a mouse scroll wheel, In your browser menu somewhere in the top right should be a zoom setting to put it back on 100% instead of whatever you have done here, looks like -25% which is the max shrinkage.

Inno made changes to fit building info. That also shrunk the task bar and fp bar. If you have problems seeing those 100% default is not enough.
