Has Anyone At Inno Actually Played FOE?

I am wondering if anyone at Inno has actually ever played Forge of Empires? All evidence points to either no or there are some real dumb individuals responsible for rewards. GE is the epicenter for stupidity. NOBODY in any space age level requires another ritual flame. Guild Expedition Kits....Really? Face of Ancient and Gateways? These are rewards for someone in Iron Age. If you are in SASH, you barely have room to fit in what you want. Most are removing their Traz and other GBs just to fit new event buildings in. GE for me personally is just a supply chain for the antiques dealer and many players I know are the same. This last Rival with GE is absolutely horrible and the rewards even worse. First reward in rival, a ritual flame. Then I go over into GE, the first reward I get there, a ritual flame.

Time to change the rewards given please so they are level appropriate and keep our interest. We are getting "fragmented out" and the rewards are getting worse. The only benefit to this lastest rival was I got ahead on building another unforgotten temple. This level appropriate rewards also applies to the daily challenge. Someone in SASH is not interested in 25 goods or 3000 medals or a drummer. Sorry, not happening. 3-5 challenges to get these types of rewards only beneficial to lower ages, so you lose more than you get? Ummm, no. Time to give your rewards an overhaul and keep our interest.

I have no idea where you lose more than you get. Rewards are difficulty appropriate. This Rival was a piece of cake. Easily done within an hour. Could even have been faster if I did not have other things to do.

BTW, in 2017 you already asked if people at Inno played their game and a few month later you complaint about the rewards. I guess nothing has changed.

Actually I am reading your response, but, you did not read what I wrote. I never said the Rival was difficult, I said the rewards were simply lacking. If anyone in SASH says they need a ritual flame, come on, you are just saying it to be difficult. The "lose more than you get" is related to the daily challenges, so today for example I could get a 20, 10, or 5% attack boost. Each of them really have zero effect at SASH level. However, to win one of them, there were 6 tasks. Goods, coins, supplies, battles..... so, clearly, it costs more to you to complete this daily challenge for a reward that is not worth it. The other reward was minimal supplies.

I feel the rewards are not level or difficulty appropriate and if you are in SASH and think they are, hmmm.... I have to see your civilization!

You did not read my response. I said the rewards met the difficulty. You can not expect big rewards from something so easy.

They have zero effect at any level. Only reason to do the Daily Challenges is for the Challenger's Chest and the Castle points.

If you are in SASH and feel anything is difficult, you are doing something wrong.

No it is a stupid question. There is plenty of prove they play the game. The question you should ask is if they play the game in a competetive way. Anser to that is most likely to be no.

There have been several full time employees that have publicly stated they themselves play the game

Having them play the game doesn’t mean you’re going to agree with every choice they make. They still have to design the game with the goal of a game designer, which will be different from your goal as purely a player

I doubt whether they listen to employees who play the game any more than other players opinions, as to the rewards offered, they have to offer a "spread" of rewards, yes for SASH players most of them may seem useless, but not everyone is in SASH, so you have to realise that to someone in Iron Age a 30% attacking boost is useful and worth having
