What % of happiness is needed to maintain it.

does 120% happiness get you the 20% bonus.

I never remember to work it when it falls. Can anyone help?

about 140% worth of your current population of happiness is needed to sustain a 120% production ie if you have 500 population u need ~700 happiness rating to get production efficiency to 120%

multiply your population by 1.4 and that number is whats needed for 120%...its stupid, it should be 1.2 not 1.4 cause that would make more sense
