Guilds

click your global button, thats next to your buildings then click your guild, once your on your guild page theres 3 tabs, the last one says administration, there u can invite players of your choosing, or you can search the rankings and look for guildless people there, as there is a "invite to guild" option there aswell

Might I also suggest going HERE, select your world and create a thread in the GUILD RECRUITMENT section.

This way, players from your world can see easily see your guild exists and you're recruiting.
You could also copy/paste your guild info there, so they know what you're about.
