Guild hopping

DeletedUser104800

I know that Inno tried to limit the practice of guild hopping by imposing the 7 day limit on when you can return to a guild that you have left.

Decent idea but the practice of stopping players moving to multiple guilds in the same day has not been addressed....example....a player can attack a guild in GVG...then when finished moved to another guild and continue attacking guilds.

Recently experienced this when the same player lead attacks from three different guilds in the same day.

A possible solution would be to implement a similar rule as the returning 7 day limit in that once you have switched to a new guild you have to stay there for a set period.

Cheers

An interesting idea, however I'd assume that such a player could avoid the "7 days locked in" by forming and dissolving guilds? After all it'd be hard to be "locked in" a guild that doesn't exist. I can't think of a single instance where my guild has had to (or wanted to) remove a new guild member in less than 7 days, so I can't really oppose this idea but it still doesn't sound as good as some other options. For example new guild members can't participate in GvG for 7 days (as per this idea) given that the guild hopping problem pointed out in this idea relates only to GvG.

I'm staying neutral on this idea for now.
