Guild desapear.

How is possible suddenly a guild disappear?

It happen to Myrmidon in L world, and they are one of the top guild in this world since this world was open, and extremely active...so how this is possible?

If a founder leaves the guild it carries on and after a while the top player inherits it.

If a founder dissolves it everyone is kicked and the guild ceases to exist

The only way for the guild to disappear is if someone with founder status deleted it.

If anyone from the guild in question has concerns about it they can always contact support. As this has been answered and is in regards to a specific guild I'm closing the thread.
