1. In the properties of some Province Buildings like Traps, what does it mean when it says “ x% chance that the enemy will suffer twice the amount of attritions” ?
2. What does the negotiation multiplier mean such as x7, x8 & so on. ?

Yes very right, this is now getting too much time consumingWho has time for all this? This is getting a bit to much. GvG 3 reset a day, GE, GbG, Settlements, Events ... and then trying to do this on multiple worlds.
How does the guild power gained compare to GvG, GE?
In properties of Province Buildings like Watch Towers & Seige Camps it says if owners move to adjacent provinces they have x% chance to not increase their attrition level. Does it mean the attrition level increased by Province Buildings

correct. Though if 90% are in SAM then GBG would probably have a lot of buildings asking for SAM goods,here is a suggestion ... the main event building gives guild goods right? so ... if you have a guild with 90% players in Space Age Mars, you are basically adding guild goods that are barely ever used as they are used no where except to unlock levels of GE, and some ridiculous amounts for Battlegrounds ...
how would you feel about the idea if instead of “at any time” the last lvl of the statue allowed you in a once off selection choose the age you wanted it to be?how about, adding the ability to change the era of the building at any time? so that guilds can use the building to build up treasuries where they are in deficit?

They provide a certain chance you won't increase attrition when you attack opponents province which neighbors your province with Siege camp and /or watchtower. So basically they allow you and your guild to do a bit more fights or negotiations when attacking said provinces.FOE should explain the properties of each Province Building other than state them in a cryptic syntax.
