Guild Battlegrounds Performance Issues (Mobile)

Dear players,

Over the past few weeks, we've been receiving some reports of performance issues within the Guild Battlegrounds (mobile only).

Thanks to your help, our developers managed to deliver a few improvements, solving the problem for some players - but apparently, the problem still persists for others. We truly appreciate your help so far, but we'd like to count on you one more time. Therefore, for those who are still experiencing these technical difficulties while playing GBG, please:

- Create a ticket through the support tool
- If possible, send us a video showing the exact moment when the problem occurs
- Describe the actions you do that trigger the issue, and the exact moment this happens in the video (example: at 0:35 after clicking on button X, the game freezes)

We are sorry for this inconvenience. We are putting a lot of effort to resolve this issue, but we kindly ask you for patience and comprehension.

Dear Kings and Queens,


We would like to thank everyone that previously sent in tickets, provided detailed reports, as well as submitted videos as a response to our previous announcement.


With the help provided, we hope now to have determined the core causes of the Guild Battlegrounds performance issues, as well as targeted fixes for them with the next couple of updates.


The first of these mobile updates (1.219), will go live this week, and should hopefully address a primary cause of these performance issues.


Following that, we will have a further update during the first week of January 2022 (1.220), which should hopefully also address a further cause of these issues, and continue to improve performance for the feature.


Following these updates, we ask you please continue providing feedback, and let us know if they have alleviated the difficulties that were previously reported.


We again apologize for any inconvenience, and thank you all for your patience and understanding.
