  1. Zeus is still good because of its small 2x3 size.
  2. Observatory is still good because it does blue boosts and treasury, and is also only 3x3.
  3. Arc is still necessary in the game, though less than it used to be.
  4. Blue galaxy is by far the most powerful great building - you can't miss the chance to double the output of overpowered event buildings and fragments that you need to collect for everything.
I guess there's only 4 that are still really necessary. You can live without everything else. They've been promising an update to great buildings for a while and it's due within a month now, pending that as mentioned above, we'll see if any of the rest are worth building or keeping.

You need to drop your forge points somewhere so you may want to put up at least a couple of great buildings. Ariana's list is fine as they are also the most common great buildings so not too hard to contribute on other players great buildings to get blue prints.

Great buildings used to be the goal at the beginning. Now the only goal is to fight in GbG hours and hours. I'll wait until these GB changes happens and quit if I don't like it.

I feel we'll be waiting a while for gb changes. The announced GB changes on beta today lasted a matter of hours. If it took them since Matt first announced looking at changes in May 2024 to get to whatever that was today we're probably a few years off.

The only reasonable solution is to do the same as it was done with settlments buildings. Multiply the costs and outcome of all GB's some 30-40 times and ratio between GB's and event buildings will be similar as it was long time ago before this madness with better and better event buildings have started. What has built has built. 30 times or maybe less would be enough, but should be thought about the future or the same problem would appear too soon. And decrease improvments of event buildings. One exellent building per event is enough.
