Confirmed: Graphics glitch: Cars show on top of buildings instead of behind them

Sometimes cars show on top of my Aircraft Factory instead of behind it. Here are a couple of screenshots:

The red car is on top of the factory.

The white bus is on top of the factory.

Since the road is behind the building the vehicles should also be behind the building, not on top of it.

This was happening when I had Motorway (Modern Era) next to the Aircraft Factory from my screenshot. After replacing the motorway with Boulevard (Postmodern Era) I have not seen this happen again.
