You can only trade with the people in your neighbourhood or guild, so posting trades on the open forum is most likely not going to get you a good result as most people who will see this are not able to trade with you. I would suggest checking your neighbours' towns to see if anyone has a granite building and then messaging that person asking for a trade.
Joining an active guild is also a good idea, when you are in a good guild you rarely need to trade outside the guild and will get anything you need very fast.
