goods production price increase

in my construction warehouse modern era to produce tiles it suddenly is demanding payment in diamonds . is this a glitch as it also states goods or coins .
it has only happened since a recent automatic update.
hopefully this will be sorted out soon . anyone have any ideas

Do you have the required Colonial Age goods to make your Modern Era goods?
Modern Era and higher require unrefined goods to be able to make them, it sounds like it is asking you to pay diamonds for the goods you do not have.
