Not a Bug: goods in research tree

Y do peeps want higher goods for stone? when it falls in the same tier as wine,dye,marble and lumber all r bronze age goods and all need only 108 population oh w8 i c there is also stone at high middle age hmm i also saw gold twice and limestone twice is this a bug? and even the npc merchs want highend goods for stone

oic my bad upon further review i c that the ones in the latter part of the tree r improved buildings so i assume that those buildings produce more goods. ty for replying
