Goal Reward Rotations

Hello there,

My current Goal Award is a Shrine of Knowledge. The following two Goal Rewards (after SoK) are Idol upgrades. I don't want a Shrine of Knowledge. I would prefer the Idol upgrades instead.

My question is....do I have to score a goal and get the Shrine of Knowledge before I can get the two following Idol upgrades? Or do the Goal Awards change and I can wait for the Shrine of Knowledge disappear from my Goal Rewards?
