Duplicate: global chat keeps dropping out

I keep getting problems with global chat. It keeps connecting-disconnecting. If I reload it fixes it for a while but then it starts again. I have spoken with other users who say they get the same problem but I can't find a bug report for this?
I assume from the fact it is happening to a number of people that it is a problem on different machines and operating systems.

It's known issue and InnOGames doesn't seems bother to fix it. It's really annoying especially when your guild is fighting in gvg and it's impossible to see guild chat of course if you don't refresh your browser up to 5 times.
