GE Attempt indicator

Proposal:
Add the exclamation mark symbol above the GE ship to indicate when GE is active and at least one attempt is available.


Reason:
This will save time opening and closing GE to see whether an attempt is available or not. Similar to how it works for PVP arena or Settlements

Details:
When GE is on at at least one attempt is available, the exclamation mark symbol will be shown above the GE ship.

No impact on other features, balancing the same feature already working for PVP, Antiques Dealer, or Settlements.

Since there is a fixed amount of attempts given (1 per hour if you have less than 8 attempts available), you know beforehand when the next attempt will be made available. There's no need for extra markers to clutter up an already too cluttered city image.
Btw: AD & settlements only alert you if there's something to collect...and not if you only have an interaction option.

I would say, if you want an alert for GE attempts, make it one that tells you your bar is full, so you need to take action. Not one like this.

I'm not in favor, BUT if it is implemented,

1) the icon changes in the menu bar at the bottom of the page - NOT on the city/map itself.
2) maybe a small number/icon to tell you how many attempts - maybe show GREEN if the attempt bar is full?
