GE % and level 4 question

I'm sorry if this was asked before, but I'd still appreciate an answer :)

IN GE, do only the 3 regular levels matter in order to win?
Does level 4 count towards the win?
If the answer is no, then my question stops here.

If yes, however, can you explain it some?

Every encounter you do gives your guild points towards the GE championship. There's really nothing more to it than that.

I'm still confused.
The first 3 level make 100 % - as per The Guild championship. SO if every encounter counts, including the level 4 one, then the total maximum a guild can achieve is actually 133(3) %?

I know that when you go into level 4, your fights are displayed as 64 out of 48 if you do all of them, for example. It makes me think that while those extra points will count towards guild power, they won't actually count when it comes to the championship.

Level 4 is incredibly expensive, so I'm after a more precise answer.

I actually don't know if every guild member going 48/48 will give you 100% or not, my guild has between 10-18 people who don't do any encounters, but I would guess, whatever guild reaches the maximum, be that 100% or something above it, first, they win.

If every member of your guild completed 48/48 encounters your percentage score would be 100%. If every member completed LVL 4 so 64/48 your completion score would be 133%. A few weeks ago my guild in MK won gold with 113%. Silver went to a guild with 108% so LVL 4 can effect it.

And there you have it. I knew encounters done in level 4 gave points towards winning 1st/2nd/3rd in the championship, but with only maybe 10 people in my guild out of 72 going 64/48, and only 25ish going 48/48, I didn't know how that goes when everyone finishes all of it.
