GB's at the SAM Level

I'm considering deleting a couple GB's like SMB, RAH, and LoA. Now that I've completed SAM and my city is pretty much run on special buildings, I'm wondering if the space can be better utilized going forward. I don't even have a residential building that is not a special building.

Am I crazy?
