why is there a diference in amounts in these 2 images ?

it says i get 11 on one of the images and on the other image only 9 fragments ??????

what exactly ?

that 11 is shown as 9+ new fragments (like always in the past when it was 10 new or more of one item shown as 9+)

or that you then have 22 fragments.
which would be correct if you won those 11 from fighting/negotiation during the GBG season
