GB donator removal button

I would like to propose a button or option of removing or approving donators to GBs. Any points would be returned by the removal to ensure no loss.
The reason is to have more control over who receives the rewards and donates to your GBs, and it stops the chancers and free loaders who donate a single point.
Been a lone player I have regular donators but find that there is at times certain players who just donate a single point to gain massive rewards but with no way of me having control over it.
it would make it a fairer game and allow more control of rewards issue to those who mutually aid. It would stop those who in my opinion abuse the system. I feel to give the remove or approve option is a fair way of helping your friends and neighbors and eliminating the chancers.

There are guidelines on how to propose an idea

In order for an idea to be forwarded, it needs to be posted in a required format.
If it is not in the right format, nothing will be done with it.
Even when it is formatted, it can not be on the Do Not Suggest List.
Also it should not have been proposed before.

Having said that, there is no use in giving this the right format. It is something proposed and discussed multiple times, so I will archive this.
