Contact Support: Game won't load on android

Hi,

Been playing FoE for over a year with no issues.

Gone to access the app this morning on my phone to a message that says 'your version of the game is outdated and no longer supported. Please go to Google play store and update'.

I've then gone to the Google play store and it says 'this app is no longer compatible with your phone. Contact the developers for more info.'

My phone is an Xiaomi 12 with the latest Android version on it.

How would I send a ticket? The game won't even load at all now and on the play store it just says contact the developers
