Using Chrome here is what worked for me:

F12 to bring up Developer Tools
Right click on Refresh button
Select 'Empty Cache and Hard Reload'

If you did it right, you will have to log in again with user name password

just refreshes? does nothing else for me.

Try clear cashe/cookies on your browser, close browser, re-open, and then ctr+F5 (hard reset)
