Game color tone

Hello, is there a way to change to color tone of the game? The dark yellow-ish tone of the city is killing my eyes.
I have spent quite a decent amount to time playing this game, and I feel like my eyes are deteriorating, everytime I look at the game my eyes feel awlful, this has never happened before. Maybe it's time to slow down and touch some grass...
