If I donate FP's to a neighbour or Guild Member who is not a friend and they are kicked or leave the Guild, will I still be able to donate to them or will my previous donations be lost?

you still can donate in the level you are already in
visit him via townhall
but not in other level or GB you are not it

Ohh, didn't know that. However, if you remove him from friends, he won't be able to donate. That is what I experienced.

I remember one guy removed me from his friends because of misunderstanding in GB. I tried donating again at that same level (where I previously donated 100FPs,but all options were greyed out. Checked city, that GB was connected to to road and town hall.

Once you have donated 1 fp in a GB you can still donate more even if that person is not a neighbour, friend or guildmember anymore. Once the GB levels however you no longer can.
