The event it's self seems reasonable, plenty of bonuses to be had.
Seems a bit of a cheat that the choices do not always go the full distance they state, especially if you have used the 100+ ball option to then have it only go the same distance as the 70 ball option.
The main building being offered, The terracotta vineyard...bit on the large size?
As to the fields...they are massive...far too big!
There is already so much to squeeze into the finite space a city has, and to introduce these huge, questionably worth it, additions...is asking too much?
Even those who have acquired most of the available land, I doubt will want these land hungry fields.....as to beginners, how will they manage to fit them in?
The size of the buildings is irrelevant - it's their stats that truly matter and will ALWAYS dictate is a building is worth placing or not.
ie: The Hippodrome is also excessively large, especially as you add in more and more bonus tracks to it. BUT! the bonuses it give per tile are extremely good and thus, many, many players will find a way to squeeze it in.
Note that for example, the 1x4 Leukoi Track is only out preformed by the stupidly OP Sentinel Tower, as it's 3%def boost is added to *both* ends of the Hippodrome for a total of 6%def. (or else 1.5%def per tile)
Now, if that same building gave say, only 1%def, then no one in their right mind would ever use it, since it would fall into 'Poop Tier' territory of only .5%def per tile. (ie: it would be even worse than the already awful Vineyard fields!)
Everyone and their mother went crazy for the Gov's Villa, many even spending actual $$$ to chase down 3-4+ of them, simply because despite it's large 5x5 size, it gave a pile of atk% AND additional troops + fps.
Honestly, if Inno were to boost the Vineyards by just doubling the values of the Fields themselves, people would instantly go from laughing at this dumpster fire, to throwing their wallets at it.
(ie: 8% -> 16% boost = .8%/tile -> 1.6%/tile, which is slightly better than the highly touted Hippodrome
)
