FoE troops boost percentage

I've always found the calculation of troop power increase percentages weird in FoE. I'm not much of a math expert, but for example I know that an increase of 400% is equal to 4 times the initial amount. Here's how it looks with FoE. The starting power for the Permafrost Drone is: attack 800, defense 1050. When all the boosts from the military buildings in my city are added up it comes to: attack 9864 (+1133%), defense 11435 (+989%). Additional GBG boost of 400% gives the following: Attack 11400 (+1325%), Defense 11813 (+1025%). No matter how I calculate, I can't get the same result as the FoE team.

The first part is easy

800 X 1133% = 9064
9064 + 800 = 9864

1050 X 989% = 10385
10385 + 1050 = 11435

The additional 400% attack boost for GBG makes it weird, cause that should not change the defense of your attacking army. Are you sure you used the right boost and are looking in the right place?

Thx for clarification. Sorry I've posted wrong data on the last issue. It should be

And yes I used the right one. Red bottle with green flag and 400% attack for attacking army boost.

Wrong. An increase of 400% equals FIVE times the initial amount - because the initial amount is 100%, not 0%. 100%+400%=500%, and that is 5 times 100%.

To use some in-game numbers:
Recurring quests give 5 goods. CF at level 100 gives +600%. So the calculation is: 5 + 5*600% = 5 + 30 = 35. 35 is 7 (SEVEN) times 5 (the initial amount).

Permafrost Drone has base Attack of 800. 800 + 800*1133% = 9864. That's 12,33 times the initial amount (100%+1133%).
Permafrost Drone again: 800 + 800*1725% = 14600.
Or to use defense: 1050 + 1050*1025% = 11812.5, and that gets rounded up to 11813.

So the calculations for Attack and Defense are correct.

As for whether the percentage values are correctly claculated I cannot say, as you did not provide a complete list of all your boosts in use.
