  • Browser and Version: google chrome 48.0.2564.103 linux version.
  • Overview of the bug: messages icon is constantly flittering when nothing is posted.
  • Screenshots: Show us any screenshots that you have of the bug, or any other visual aids. These are often invaluable.
  • How often this occurs: It happens everytime, after clicking the message flittering returns within a minute.
  • Urgency: Annoying non-game changing.
  • Preventative Actions: What have you tried to prevent this bug from occurring?
  • Summary: messages are flittering all the time, when nothing is posted.
  • I have performed a quicksearch of the forums using a select few keywords relating to my bug to see if it has already been reported: Yes
  • Have you tried fixing it by using these methods?: Yes

This is a long time issue which we've seen on and off for a long time. I'll report it again.
